Position Summary:
Change Management Coordinator is responsible for promptly identifying and driving Engineering Changes within the organization. This position requires strong influence skills to move different areas of the organization, which do not directly report to MBU department, in order to ensure compliance with customer requirements, on-time implementations, and avoid obsolescence driven by engineering changes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
Job Responsibilities:
- Main Escalation Point with Change Management Department
- First Contact Point for Launch Engineer and Change Management Materials Planner for Engineering Changes
- Coordinate Engineering Changes implementation in Manufacturing Site
- Track Engineering Changes status for series production and new launches
- Escalate deviations to process with Program Management and Configuration
- Ensure on-time implementation of changes matching system implementation dates
- Schedule and lead weekly meetings with multidisciplinary teams in
- and outside Manufacturing site.
- Maintain good communication with team regarding Engineering Changes
- Coordinate Manufacturing Changes Implementation
- Audit SAP parameters configuration
- Provide support to SAP users when related to Change Management or Engineering Changes
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Track and report issues
- Preparation of forecasts, and evaluation of the actual impact of changes
- Prioritizes implementations in case it is necessary
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Industrial /Mechanical/Electronics Engineering
- +3 years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment
- +3 years of prior experience in materials planning or similar environment
- +3 years of prior experience using SAP as Master Data expert or similar
- +3 years of prior experience with Continuous Improvement and Excellence Methods
- English 80% - Advanced level (B2- or equivalent)
