**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Support in the execution of Change Management agenda for Supply Chain Transformation (Make) and Digital Value Chain Program (DVC) for PMF.
**Your Impact**
As a Change Management For Digital Projects for Supply Chain, your responsibilities would consist of:
- Executes Org. Design and Change Management LATAM strategic platform for Supply Chain Transformation (Make), developing Org. Design and Change Management Capability pillars (Design, Manage, Lead, Sustain and Engage) in Celaya Plant (new plant and Gamesa plant)
- Enabling a successful holistic agenda ensuring partnership with Sector and Operating Units Master Design.
- Leading reporting and tracking of key KPIs across LATAM & measure Change Management and Org Design effectiveness
- Provide tools and practices to support business-led programs and projects.
- Support in the development of the holistic Change Management Strategy and roadmap for PMF DVC Program with multi-capability complexity in Celaya Plant (new plant and Gamesa plant)
- Support day to day Org Design and Change Management requirements
- Networking with HRBP - HR Local and SDT Leader to support DVC
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- +3 years of experience in Change Management, Learning or HR.
- Knowledge in Manufacturing (Desirable)
- Project Management methodology (Desirable)
- Database management proficiency
**Software**:
- Intermediate Excel Level
- PowePoint Proficiency
- Power BI (Desirable)
**Language**:
- English proficiency (Intermediate - B1)
**Soft Skills**:
