Design and Change Management LATAM strategic platform for Supply Chain Transformation (Make), developing Org. Design and Change Management Capability pillars (Design, Manage, Lead, Sustain and Engage) in Celaya Plant (new plant and Gamesa plant)- Enabling a successful holistic agenda ensuring partnership with Sector and Operating Units Master Design.- Leading reporting and tracking of key KPIs across LATAM & measure Change Management and Org Design effectiveness- Provide tools and practices to support business-led programs and projects.- Support in the development of the holistic Change Management Strategy and roadmap for PMF DVC Program with multi-capability complexity in Celaya Plant (new plant and Gamesa plant)- Support day to day Org Design and Change Management requirements- Networking with HRBP - HR Local and SDT Leader to support DVCQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- +3 years of experience in Change Management, Learning or HR.- Knowledge in Manufacturing (Desirable)- Project Management methodology (Desirable)- Database management proficiency**Software**:- Intermediate Excel Level- PowePoint Proficiency- Power BI (Desirable)**Language**:- English proficiency (Intermediate - B1)**Soft Skills**:- Proactive - Strategic Thinking - Leadership - Communication Skills- Project Management**What Can You Expect From Us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role
