With our commitment to a sustainable future, a career with Kerry is something you can feel good about.**About the role**:The Regional Change Lead is a Senior Leader role with no people in charge but with great influence within the LATAM region. This position will be responsible for leading Kerry's change management community and for integrating change management plans.**What will you do?**:- Ensure a cohesive enterprise-wide plan for change management work plan across all areas of focus, including communications, leadership and stakeholder engagement and action planning, end-user capability, organizational alignment, design and transition, and capability transfer. Proactively manage resistance and roadblocks which may occur.- Develop change management plans and approaches (with assistance from others) and managing their execution for enterprise-wide change initiative- Partner and coach with the regional executive team; Assessing leadership alignment, defining and executing leadership engagement plans- Be the lead point of contact for change management globally; Oversee, coach and guide work performed by the change community and other support roles and functions which may include: internal communications, PMOs, training leads and HRBPs in relation to change activity.**What do you need to be successfu?**:- Ability to build relationships with a broad spectrum of Kerry & external stakeholders to develop an end-to-end change approach- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the process to support this- Project management experience working with a fast pace change program- Excellent problem solving skills; Ability to absorb and digest information quickly in order to coach and advise what interventions and change tools to best use- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations- Challenge the status quo while at the same time 'read the room' and understand stakeholder needs and expectations- Able to work effectively at all levels within Kerry
