Description**Looking for Change Management Manager position based on Guadalajara or Mexico City for an International Consulting Leading Company.**:**Job capabilities:- Manage multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements focusing on compliance with firm and practice service delivery standards- Utilize technical and industry knowledge in the areas of Change Management and leadership development to identify complex client issues and provide actionable solutions- Oversee and provide leadership to teams of staff level professionals and support project management of Transformation Delivery and/or Change Management work streams- Lead and/or facilitate remote workshops with client and internal teams- Actively engage in the development and evolution of Change Management methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers and firm/industry training efforts- Manage scope, budget and resources on client engagements, while also identifying and mitigating any associated risks or issues**Requirements**:**Qualifications**:- Fully bilingual- Minimum 5 years of recent relevant work experience related to Change Management, Organizational Development or Human Resource Consulting, with two years of experience in Advisory Services within the banking, capital markets or insurance sectors at a major consulting firm preferred- Experience designing and leading initiatives business transformation projects based on a deep understanding of business processes,- Experience in setting priorities and balancing competing deadlines desired and experience mentoring or managing employees including annual goal setting, performance review and discussing career opportunities and working knowledge in scoping, project management, budget management and staffing projects- Project management methodologies and leading practices in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, evaluation and Change Management; - Strong demonstrated ability in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and other Microsoft tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data and structure information- Willing and able to travel as needed (< 25%)
