As a CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, you will develop, accompany and enhance change management capabilities to promote the adoption of the company's strategic projects!
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the execution of strategic changes from planning, design, implementation, follow-up and evaluation of results.
- Identify key partners, conduct group impact analysis, and evaluate readiness for change.
- Act as a mentor to senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
- Analyze and manage content for the various communication channels based on the diagnoses made by impacted audiences.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail or commercial operation, design and project implementation.
- BA degree in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or Industrial Engineering.
- Methodology for the construction of solutions, ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Knowledge of digital tools in the formation of groups, and project management tools.
- English language proficiency.
