To enable this purpose, GBS is looking for a **Change Management Sr Coordinator** to support the execution of MBS FP Transformational projects and to support teams and associates with their readiness and ability to transition into new ways of working.**Your Impact**As Global Change Management Sr Analyst your functions would consist of:- Leverage established Change Management methodologies and tools to drive the FP MBS Transformational agenda supporting implementation, execution, and adoption of new ways of working.- Interact & influence different levels of sponsors and stakeholders (e.G, FP MBS LT, Sector design lead, Global Transformational lead,FP Sector team's, among others.) to support change strategy in order to engage the right audience to the transition.- Define key change roles for initiatives and coaches leaders on their change roles throughout the change.- Lead change management activities partnering with cross functional team members and stakeholders to understand, manage and reinforce change throughout the adoption phase.- Manage all necessary change management deliverables, including but not limited to: Stakeholder Mapping, Change Impact Assessment, Change & Communication plan, Training, Sustainment plan, among others.- Enable a successful holistic agenda ensuring partnership with Sector and FP MBS team.- Measure Change Management effectiveness and socializes the status providing performance results and elevates issues/gaps resolution.- Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams of different levels to educate them on the change process, concepts and their leadership
