Champions the use of Change Management tools and practices for execution. The role will have full accountability executing all the components of the methodology: change leadership, change approach & assessment, Stakeholder Management and Communications, Skills & Knowledge and Sustainability.**Your Impact**As an **Change Management Coordinator **your responsibilities would consist of:- Coordinate, articulates and develops Change Management Strategy and plans, to ensure effective change adoption, successful planning, delivery, required to buld next gen capabilities and Digitalization Culture- Develops and implements change plans to address anticipated resistance points of impacted groups, using a structured approach for impact assessment and building commitment- Lead change management activities partnering with cross functional team members and stakeholders to understand, manage and reinforce change throughout transformation life-cycle to ensure buy-in and adoption of the change- Interact with different levels of Sponsors and Stakeholders (e.G Global & LatAm leaders, Ou's ExComm, GM, Sr. Directors, Directors, OU Leaders) to support change strategy in order to engage the right audience to the transition/change scenario- Map critical changes in order to avoid ruptures and risk to the Organization
