**Project** Description**:Project for a Swiss multinational food and drink processing conglomerate corporation**Responsibilities**:Support the Fusion Solutions & Enablement (FUSE) team on the Content & communication/Engagement/campaign Strategy for the main products.Support and maintain the Knowledge management portal, FUSE Incubator portal and Idea2App websites.Support the team members on completing stakeholder mapping to better understand the target audienceSupport FUSE team on the change management activities to support upcoming changes in the products in an effective way.Create and implement an engagement strategy to enhance the visibility and impact of the Communities of Practices related with different areas of knowledge (Agile, DevOps, Power Platform etc.) through events, gamifications, and training sessions scheduled with partners.On a need basis organize and facilitate events and meetups with all necessary stakeholders and community members worldwide to enhance organization-wide visibility for the portals and services (Champions and Ambassadors monthly calls, Agile meetups etc.)Capture and documents success from the key stakeholders and share those in the community of Practice to raise awareness.**Skills**:Must have- Strong background on Change Management (preferably with a PROSCI certification) and Specialist on Communication (Journalism and/or Marketing background is a plus)- Good knowledge of graphic design (just to help us creating the Workplace Posts for instances in a more visual way)Nice to have- Good time management and estimations skills- Good presentation skills**Languages**:English: B2 Upper Intermediate**Seniority**:Regular**Relocation package**:If needed, we can help you with relocation process.Vacancy SpecializationChange ManagementRef NumberVR-94953
