Change Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support business objectives- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change impacts and implement plans to address them effectively- Act as the primary point of contact for all change management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals- Create and deliver communication plans, training programs, and support materials to facilitate successful change adoption- Assess change readiness across teams and address challenges proactively- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, recommending adjustments when necessary- Requirements: Proven experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related fields- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment- Availability to work part-time, fully aligned with US Central Time
