If you have what it takes to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic fast-growth startup, keep reading!OverviewAs a Channel Operations Associate, you will play a key role on the Alliances team in supporting Glia's channel program and setting it up for both partner and Glia success.
You'll be responsible for the administration of our partner portal (PRM platform) as well as assisting with various partner/channel operations tasks to ensure smooth collaboration with our partners.
This role involves working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders as the primary PRM resource.ResponsibilitiesOnboard new partners and partner users to the PRM and provide training on its features and functionalitiesAct as the primary point of contact for partners regarding portal-related inquiries and issuesSet up and maintain partner journeysHelp track and manage partner certifications and compliance requirementsWork cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (partner managers, enablement, product and partner marketing) to manage content and campaignsManage channel leads process end-to-end: track lead-to-opportunity linking is correct, ensure adherence to rules of engagement, handle exceptions and document approvals, and validate commission levelsGenerate and analyze reports on partner performance and engagement using the PRM platformContribute to the development and implementation of channel operations processes and best practices to improve partner experience and operational efficiencyRequirements1-4 years of experience in channel operations, partner management, or a related fieldFamiliarity with PRM platforms or similar softwareExperience with Salesforce or other CRM systemsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Google Sheets / ExcelBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBenefitsStock Options and Competitive SalaryProfessional development support (trainings, courses, conferences, books, etc)Access to all the latest tools and equipment you'll needSports compensationTeam events: annual employee awards, internal hackathons, and a dozen cool events from cooking to the Glia olympic games :)Generous referral bonusesDiversity: 25 countries representedGlia is an equal-opportunity employer
