**Your day-to-day**:
As a **Channel Operations Manager**, you will act as the primary point of contact for Account Executives, Account Managers, and colleagues across the US region.
Your role will involve managing the deal registration process, pipeline system, and daily ticketing operations.
You will also focus on organizing CRM processes and developing efficient workflows to address stakeholder needs effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Ticket Management**: Serve as the first point of contact for channel partner tickets, providing resolutions or escalating them to the appropriate team members.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify pain points in partner or deal registration processes and implement timely, effective solutions.
- **Deal Registration Oversight**: Manage the deal registration process, ensuring accurate distribution and approvals.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the channel sales team in efficiently delivering high-value deals.
- **Workflow Optimization**: Continuously enhance the deal registration workflow for improved efficiency.
- **Partner Alignment**: Manage and assign new partner requests, ensuring alignment with SLAs alongside local distribution partners or Channel Account Managers.
- **Inquiry Management**: Handle general partner inquiries, driving them to resolution.
**You could be the perfect fit if you have**
- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years in a sales operations or back-office role, preferably with an IT vendor organization.
- **Channel Expertise**: Strong understanding of Channel Go-to-Market (GTM) models and the associated organizations (e.g., Distribution, Resellers, VAD, VAR, SI, GSI).
- **Technical Proficiency**: Experience with tools and systems such as Salesforce (CRM), ERP, PRM, ITSM, and Microsoft Office.
