In this role, you will be primarily responsible for tracking key metrics and action items for programs and processes in the Last Mile Operation, such as: Payments, Losses, On Road Hours, Suppliers, Onboarding Steps, Partner Experience, Daily Tracking, and Safety/Security Investigation Track, always assuring all teams (internal and external) are aligned with standard procedures and requirements, always focusing on customer experience.
Note: This role requires flexibility to work eventually on weekends and/or evenings during peak events.
Key Job Responsibilities: Ensure to remain customer obsessed.Operative discipline monitoring key processes at daily, weekly, or monthly cadence.Tracking of goals and tasks to guarantee the overall success of the channel.Diving Deep capability to determine first-level root causes.Ability to manage and populate performance reports and dashboards for key metrics.Submit trouble tickets for escalations when needed.Management of up to 10 employees (including payroll, performance management, work-flow assignment).A Day in the Life: The Channel Operations Supervisor drives the relation and communication with legal and tax team to ensure requirements and controlling all the micro-entrepreneurs that are interested in joining the Amazon program are met. The Hub Delivery Specialist leads the analysis on quality and inventory metrics that affect directly to the customer's satisfaction, providing visibility of the partner's performance. The person in this position requires strong skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis to deep dive into the delivery standard metrics, implement actions and initiatives that help to improve the performance of the HDP program and achieve program goals.
Minimum Requirements: High School DiplomaBasic communication skills, Spanish & English, written and verbal (A1+).1+ years of general experienceExperience in Logistics roles (Distribution Centers, Transportation) or Quality Assurance roles.Mathematic and analytical skills using data to determine root causes and trends.Technical aptitude and familiarity with the usage of large databases (Excel, Access, Tableau).Ability to drive successful partnerships with internal and external teams.Demonstrated leadership skills when confronted with difficult situations exhibiting ability to keep focused and motivated.>3 years of Experience in Logistics roles (Distribution Centers, Transportation) or Quality Assurance roles.
