CCTech seeks an experienced, motivated Channel Ops Marketing Manager to lead the full lifecycle development, Go-To-Market (GTM) and enablement for automated localization products and services.
You will oversee scrum, sprint planning, system security reviews, and general software engineering processes.

As a Channel Ops Marketing Manager, you will create and refine tools and processes to build and maintain automated localization products and services, driving agile processes.
You will decompose requirements into detailed specifications and trackable tasks within agreed timelines.
Working closely with product/program managers and engineers, you will continually improve efficiency.
You will align expectations with outcomes, measure and report results, and provide clear guidance.
Utilizing a data-driven approach, you will validate requirements, align roadmaps, and deliver best-in-class products and services.
Organizing and coordinating work across cross-functional teams, you will ensure customer needs are met and system performance maintained.
You will develop understandable programs with robust documentation and training.

You should have experience operating in complex, fast-paced environments, delivering critical global products/services through innovative technology and process improvements.
Key job responsibilities • Utilize agile methodology to deliver new/improved localization capabilities for AWS stakeholders and global customers.
• Influence technology roadmap and manage full development lifecycle for automated localization products/services, balancing quality, cost and performance.
• Lead security design reviews and work on threat models.
• Lead product/program management and engineering through design, delivery, and support.
• Effectively communicate (verbally and written), align priorities, resolve conflicts, and report progress and risks.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across engineering, product/program management, and leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - 3+ years of software program management experience working with engineering teams - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field - Able to communicate effectively in English, within technical and business settings.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process - Experience with localization services and translation management systems
