Requirements: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 yrs of relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering.Exposure to contemporary manufacturing techniques.Knowledge and experience manufacturing process in any mechanical industry.Analytical skills and the ability to effectively solve problems.Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Ability to manage projects and timelines efficiently.Working experience in ProE / Wildfire.Key Responsibilities: Process Design & Development, Sustenance & Improvement – Bearing Manufacturing Process (Grinding, Assembly).Benchmark the group process & plan the activities accordingly.Develop and standardize Grinding & Assembly Process requirements for stable channel output, Responsible for Process Flow Diagram & PFMEA (creation & periodic updation).Developing, Validating & Improving Grinding & Assembly M/c Process Standards, Process Parameter Sheets (Setup Charts).Validation, sign-off & handover of Process for the New Product.Improve the Pune & Net output in the channel by various projects like process improvement, channel efficiency improvement, Grinding allowance reduction, Alternative processes.Abrasive Development & Standardization.Attending & resolving problems related to Process Deviations.OEE & Output Improvement.Create Work Instructions, Visual Aids, Operator Training Material.2. Product DevelopmentNew business – to check the capacity & feasibility to absorb new types.To finalize the Quick Feasibility considering manufacturing feasibility and resources / infrastructure required. Also support for standard cost calculation for new product proposals.Development of New Product as per Customer Requirements thru APQP+ process and ensure adherence to Time Schedule.To establish & validate the Process & Toolings and handover for regular manufacturing in first 3 batches after sign-off.Support Quality Team in finalizing the Quality Documents such as Control Plan, Channel Risk Assessment, etc during development.Approval of change controls related to component, process, any major change.3. Tool DesignTimely Tooling design (including Gauges & Masters), development, validation and handover for new products.Improvements in existing Tool design.Formulate new design concept and improve in existing tool design and design for new products.Formalization, validation & approval of design concept for all channel machines.4.
