Be it amongst our team, in front of our customers or with our broader community, we always go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results.- The Position_The Channel Sales Manager will be based in Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico with a focus on managing South America channel partners.Reporting to the Director of Latin America, the Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance of CarbonCure's technology suite through established and new channel partners. You will be eager to learn the technology, market, and buyer behavior knowledge and leverage that into a position for channel growth. Creating a smart business plan; collaborating with a dedicated team including sales, technical, marketing, and customer success; building and managing pipeline; and reliably forecasting channel revenue are table stakes for this role.**Responsibilities**:- Identify and qualify new partners that align with CarbonCure's goals- On-board new channel partners within assigned territory.- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.- Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities- Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.- Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered
