Come be a part of an amazing team!You'll Get To:- Establish and sustain alignment with resellers across South America, embracing and integrating their core values, strategic differentiators, and vision- Cultivate and nurture new partner relationships with local entities and resellers- Support partners in communicating the value of video solutions to enterprise end-users.- Deliver extensive training to partners, covering all phases of the sales lifecycle from discovery and demonstration to trial, closure, and ongoing customer support- Coordinate and provide support for resellers and customers through internal and external relationship building- Drive partner planning processes, targeting mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and achievements for meaningful partner engagements- Resolve and manage conflicts or challenges in relation to other sales channels, maintaining internal and external communication and adherence to channel engagement rules- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to develop and implement business strategies that improve market awareness, brand recognition, and sales outcomes- Organize and conduct partner and end-user meetings throughout South America and Lytx offices in San Diego, California- Be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time- Perform other related duties as assignedWhat You'll Need:- Equivalent to a US Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura, Ingeniería) or equivalent professional experience in a related field- 10 years proven experience in international indirect channel sales, partner management and client management throughout the South American region.- Experience in Brazil is a plus.- Knowledge of the telematics industry is a plus, understanding the key drivers, market conditions, and competitive landscape in South America- Proficiency in various training and engagement methodologies, including virtual, in-person, and digital formats- Fully bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written forms, and robust presentation skills
