Primary responsibilities include implementation of the CRO's global GTM strategy for channel partners: distributors, VARs, and partners. You'll support and advise the GTM Leadership Team, and gather the requirements necessary to implement and support the tools for our global channel partner sales motion. In addition, this person will be involved in key projects and deliverables related to the revenue operations team's partner portal & global distributor, VAR, and channel partner go-to-market optimization.**What You'll Do**:- Provide support for our CRO's global Channel Partner GTM vision: Distributors, VARs, and channel partners globally.- Implement GTM for channel partners in new and existing geos in a way that ensures that we have the infrastructure necessary for internal teams and channel partners to hit revenue targets.- Gather requirements and present recommendations to sales and ops leadership for: partner sales processes: lead & opportunity management and partner portal functionality.- Support the day-to-day business needs of the channel partner sales GTM - availability of and enhancements to the partner portal & work in partnership with: Sales Leadership, Deal Desk, Sales Ops Analysts, Revenue Systems, Marketing Ops, Business Insights, and Business Support Systems, etc.**Skills & Experience**:- 3-5 years of experience in channel sales operations or partner-focused sales operations roles.- Strong understanding of channel sales best practices.- Must have strong attention to detail and work ethic.- Ability to work effectively and independently in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines.- High energy and contagious enthusiasm.- Willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to support growth of the business.- Ability to consult with senior audiences as well as write clearly, concisely, and compellingly
