In this role you will be primarily responsible for tracking key metrics and action items for programs and processes such as: Payments, DNRs, Losses (Item Missing/Switcheroo), On Road Hours (ORH), Performance Monitoring, VoD Tracking and Safety/Security Investigation Tracking.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ensure to remain customer obsessed.
- Operative discipline monitoring key processes at daily, weekly or monthly cadence.
- Tracking of goals and tasks to guarantee the overall success of the DSP processes.
- Basic Diving Deep capability to determine first level root causes.
- Ability to manage and populate performance reports and dashboards for key metrics.
- Submit SIMs or TTs when needed.
- Provide and delegate task to team.
- Team management and project control.
- Performance Tracking for 3P suppliers.
This role is hybrid, applicants should expect to work some days at home, others at field or visiting Amazon´s facilities.
Work journal its 6 days per week with availability to role shifts.
Applicants must consider that occasionally some work will be required during weekends or holydays depending on business requirements due high seasons.

- Previous Program Manager experience
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, admin or engineering.
- Fluency in english to speak with stakeholders outside of the country.
