Apart from People Leadership, the role also involves being a Business Consultant and/or Solution Manager.As part of the leadership team, the role serves as the link between team members and upper management, depending on organizational structures.The role leads a core team of people involved in several functions and may also involve understanding the business of our customers and overseeing the customer's IT portfolio with its products, services, and solutions.As a Business Consultant/Solution Manager, the role is responsible for consulting with our customers for solution consulting, business development, and possibly the whole lifecycle of the IT Solutions as well as its commercial success.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or similar areas.Strong leadership competencies in leading a team made up of senior techno-functional experts using inspiring and motivational skills.Global thinking and strategic view in a multi-dimensional and innovative environment with knowledge of the organization.Business relationship management skills for effective expectation management and business development.Analytical and problem-solving abilities that include identifying and mitigating risks.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and moderation skills.Strong understanding of HR processes and experience in systems automating these processes.Key Responsibilities:As a PeTA and Disciplinary Manager within BD, the role is expected to:Provide highly skilled and motivated employees for the respective capability area.Ensure chargeability/utilization/demand forecasts of employees in the respective capability area in collaboration with the portfolio and resource management.Drive capability development, improvement, innovation, and efficiency increases, e.G., reusable building blocks in the respective area.Enable knowledge exchange within and between capability areas.Recruit internal and external experts & talents based on demand and required expertise.Manage actively feedback processes with employees and support their career path (in alignment with respective target manager).Provide a working environment for agile and virtual collaboration.Manage the link between process orientation and specialization on IT capabilities
