**CHARGEBACK AND FRAUD PREVENTION SPECIALIST**

In this role, you will be responsible for processing disputes with suppliers and customers in all destinations, to ensure timely response to disputes issued by processors or banks, will require 100% of the evidence required to win the type of chargeback received.
**A successful **Chargeback and Fraud Prevention Specialist** **will**:
- Receive, register, manage and prioritize notifications of chargeback notifications sent or issued by processors or banks in all destinations.
- Do research and gather necessary supporting information for each chargeback.
- Send information and evidence according to the type of chargeback identified.
- Receive a response with response issued by the processor and give the corresponding follow-up.
- Follow up on pending refunds or those from the decision of a chargeback.
- Prepare KPI's reports of chargebacks and communicate them with the indicates areas and positions.
- Identify and measure possible fraudulent situations with credit cards.
- Communicate incidents of fraudulent situations with credit cards.
**A successful **Chargeback and Fraud Prevention Specialist** **will have**:
- Bachelor Degree in Administrative careers.
- 2 years' experience in similar positions.
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Skills: Microsoft Office / Platforms
