.**ABOUT THE COMPANY**:**POSITION OVERVIEW**The Chat Support Agent monitors and responds to inbound messages appropriately according to SOP's.By combining human expertise and AI efficiency, the Agent will support the automation process to ensure that potential customers ("leads") are able to complete the desired action successfully and all other inquiries are handled properly.The Chat Support Agent will deliver an enhanced customer service experience and a seamless handover in conjunction with the AI chatbot.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Promptly respond (within 10 minutes of notification) to leads and assist in booking appointments for professional photography and media studios.- Answer inbound messages and properly field inquiries based on SOP's.- Provide excellent and personalized customer service through professional, engaging and friendly assistance.- Deliver consistent support to ensure every customer gets the help they need.- Follow established processes and contribute to the improvement of workflows as demands change.- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the AI bot and the customer service process.- Review, investigate, and resolve inquiries regarding appointment scheduling.- Other similar duties as assigned by management.**REQUIREMENTS****Please only send a resume that is written in English.**- High school diploma or equivalent experience- Must have weekend availability- Experience with online systems and live chat is strongly preferred- Able to multitask and successfully navigate multiple software programs while communicating effectively with customers- Excellent command of American English - both written and spoken- Ability to work successfully in a remote environment while meeting job and customer expectations.- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly and effectively and work independently with mínimal supervision.- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and collaborate as a team member.- Attention to detail and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, manage their time and tasks efficiently, and coordinate/collaborate with other team members and clients- Must have computer and high-speed internet**BONUS IF**:- Previous experience in a mentorship or managerial role.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.- Experience in training and onboarding new team members.- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.- Experience in the photography or media industry is a plus.- Knowledge of Zappychat and GoHighLevel CRM (preferred but not required)**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**This is not a traditional 9-5 job but an opportunity for a rewarding career with high growth potential.
