This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid - Queretaro and will report to Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries via our chatbot platform promptly.
- Utilize the chatbot system to provide accurate and information to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, or complaints by providing appropriate solutions or escalating to the relevant department.
- Maintain the chatbot's knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date responses to customer queries.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to identify areas for improvement in the chatbot system and suggest enhancements to increase customer interactions.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Familiarity with chatbot systems and their functionalities is essential.
- English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
