- Maintain a clean and highly organized area, and participate in Lean Manufacturing 5S activities and projects.
- Ensure compliance with BOSCH standards (KFV, VVT, DMD) and develop new process standards according to COC experts.
- Ensure SEC standards are met and review new technologies for the dispensing process.
- Define and follow changes in the process, machinery, parameters, and materials in the dispensing process.
- Support validation of new part number implementations and new line launches.
- Train engineers and technicians on dispensing basics, including materials used, mix ratio, and process parameters.
- Define and follow procedures for standard and validation of the dispensing process according to VVT, DMD, KFV.
- Eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and new requirements, and communicate them to the MFP group.
- Identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and vulnerabilities in the process, providing training for engineers and technicians to address them systematically.
- Authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record all problems related to chemical dispensing (TIM, Sealing, Potting, gluing, curing, etc.), initiate or recommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of the solutions, and control further processing or delivery of the non-conformance until resolved.EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics / Electronic / Chemical.LANGUAGE: English advanced.SKILLS:
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Interpretation of technical drawings.
- Knowledge of traceability systems (MES, MIS).
- Knowledge of dispensing and chemicals used in the electronic automotive industry (TIM, gluing, potting, sealing) and their properties.
- Knowledge of G and M program language.
- Experience with dispensing suppliers like Bdtronic, Viscotec, Scheugenpflug.
- Deep knowledge in 2K and 1K material feeder systems.
- Knowledge of static and dynamic dispensing systems.
- Experience with different dispensing header technologies (Volumetric cylinders, Gears, screw).
- Deep knowledge in curing of chemicals (UV, Heat, Humidity, controlled rooms) and technology (REHM, SMT).
- Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
