As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and equipment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Maintenance department to ensure the protection and maintenance of our hotel's assets, safety, and comfort of guests.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, to maintain positive relationships and ensure seamless operations.Assist in the day-to-day operation of maintenance requirements, including supervising maintenance and repairs, both planned and ad hoc.Liaise with other departments to ensure environmental control, fire, health, and safety standards are met.Maintain accurate records of repair work and daily checks, as required by local Council, Government, and Manufacturer specifications.Collaborate with the General Manager to control expenditure and ensure work is completed to the required standard.Record meter readings and provide recommendations for energy management and conservation.Requirements:5+ years' experience as a Maintenance Manager or Chief Engineer, preferably in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.Trade qualified electrician/Electrical license is preferred but not essential.What We Offer:As a Chief Engineer at Accor Hotels, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our hotel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
