We nurture real passion for service and achievement beyond limits.Our mission is to make the impossible possible to realize your dreams.Job DescriptionManages all maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements.Leads Maintenance operations by providing both reactive and proactive multi-skilled service on all operational equipment and hotels' infrastructure.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance in particular, sustainable maintenance and strategy for reduction of energy consumption.Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on maintenance activities.Manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) whilst ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.Be inclusive in Refurbishment meetings and assist Hotel Management in communication and implementation as required.Set and implement preventative maintenance programmes, thus ensuring quality of the FF&E and plant equipment.Control invoices and external providers' costs.Work with the Ops Manager of the hotel to discuss maintenance budget and ensure compliance at the hotel.Complete monthly energy reports and record.Attend meetings where Maintenance support and expertise is required collaborating with HODs. Delegate as necessary.Respond to emergency calls in the event of urgent and/or unexpected issues or incidents.Increase the site operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery, reduce equipment failure room downtime.COMPLIANCEEnsure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and guests
