**YOUR TASKS**
- Lead the Development team and coordinate the Mechanical, Electronics, Optical, Simulation and Software domains in Lamps development projects.
- Ensure the technical realization of the product development projects achieving legal and customer requirements and timing and cost milestones.
- Responsible for the coordination and analysis of the technical requirements of our customers and the development of the system concept with an interdisciplinary team consisting of hardware, software and design.
- The evaluation of technical changes and the development and implementation of appropriate solutions.
- Bundle the know-how of the functions represented and represent these functions in the project team and in the direction of the customer.
- Define the system breakdown in terms of hardware, software and design and commission their project-specific development System characteristics.
- Analyze correlations and effects and ensure the reliable realization of system properties and release defined component configurations after testing.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- A completed degree Physics or in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering with a reinforcement in the areas of design, lighting technology or electronics and strong analytical thinking.
- More than 7 years of experience in the development of electronic, optical or mechanical systems and an expert in at least one of these disciplines.
- Capability to lead multi disciplinary and multi location teams, manage budget, resources, define timing plan and prioritize activities to achieve customer and internal milestones.
- Capability to handle the customer.
- Fluent English as well as a high disposition to travel and mobility.
- Self-initiative, organized and ownership.
