- Green Belt Certification / Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- Mexican Passport (Current).
- USA VISA (Current).
- Experience with Zoho ticketing system.
**PROGRAMS AND OTHERS**:
- Advanced skills in data analysis in excel, macros and Dashboards.
- Expert in ticketing and call/chat systems set up and administration.
- Advanced Computer skills, Office Pack: Advanced Word, Excel, Power Point, Google and Microsoft suites and clouds.
- Software: SAP, JAB, Oracle, FIVE-9, Service Desk, Service Now, Cherwell, Zendesk, People Soft, Minitab, Canva, Ring -Central, etc.
- Audit experience (internal and external).
**LANGUAGES (this is mandatory)**:
- Spanish: Native or business level.
- English: Native or business level.
