**- Oversee internal communications to keep employees informed and motivated regarding organizational initiatives, business strategy, vision, mission, and future roadmap.
Foster platforms to drive employee engagement.- Manage the corporate intranet, "Talent," support campaigns, and coordinate events such as Open Houses and webcasts.- Identify and shape key messages, build communication strategies, and determine appropriate channels, mediums, and communication frequency based on campaign objectives.
Support BCM communications.
**What you'll bring**:- Lead the Public Relations team to position Capgemini as a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services within the media landscape.- Shape media perception of Capgemini among key stakeholders and serve as the guardian of all external communications.- Implement effective communication strategies and tools to enhance Capgemini's reputation in both local and social media.
Maintain media relations, position thought leadership content, and oversee crisis communication efforts when necessary.- Drive brand awareness for Capgemini by validating needs, defining campaigns, and deploying them across relevant channels, including print, TV, OTT, social media, and other platforms.- Act as the custodian of brand guidelines, ensuring compliance in all brand-related materials.
