**Chief Marketing Officer**Remote in LATAMFull Senior Exec package including Long term incentivesOur client is an internationally renowned Non-alcoholic beverage company with an exceptional heritage spanning almost 100 years and numerous leading brands in various category & markets globally.They are entering a period of significant expansion/ planned growth and are looking to appoint an experienced senior Marketing executive to lead a truly global function.
**The Role**- Reporting directly to the CEO and a key member of the global executive leadership team you will hold full strategic accountability for the performance of a broad marketing function covering numerous brands across all international markets & channels with complete autonomy.- Will lead and mentor a multifunctional team with initially 8 direct reports and manage various third parties to deliver targets during a period of major transformation and planned growth.- Will work closely alongside ELT peers and third-party partners to ensure commercial excellence and that the highest levels of customer service are maintained.- Will be heavily involved in the growth of the brand/ business and lead various innovation/ NPD/L initiatives through both a hands on and strategic approach in US & International markets.
**The Person**- Degree educated and ideally blue-chip trained, you will be a highly creative marketing executive with at least 7 years' experience leading multifunctional teams in a relevant food or beverage category.
US and LATAM market/ customer/ consumer exposure would be highly advantageous- Will have managed sizeable marketing and project budgets with the ability to prove you can increase the performance of a brand/s through the deployment of your strategy.- With a global growth mindset, you will be keen to work in a collaborative senior team where you can input your experience across all areas of business to further the success of a company with huge international growth aspirations.- Will ideally have experience in both established and emerging markets/ the ability to prove you can lead the development and deployment of a brand into new markets.
