About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Verification Engineer - DRAM Development to join our innovative team at Micron, where we are pushing the boundaries of memory and storage solutions. As a key member of our design verification team, you will play a critical role in developing advanced DRAM products that transform how the world uses information.Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art memory technologies, collaborating with a talented team of engineers to design and verify high-density memory chips with complex functionality.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute verification plans to ensure the correct functionality of DRAM architectures and features;Design and implement mixed-signal verification environments for advanced DRAM products;Collaborate with international colleagues to develop new verification tools and flows to overcome verification challenges;Analyze and debug failures, manage bug tracking, and close coverage gaps;Work closely with design engineers to provide support and ensure successful product development.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, with emphasis on VLSI design and/or verification;Strong understanding of CMOS circuit design and analog simulation methodologies;Familiarity with digital simulators, such as Verilog, and UVM or equivalent methodologies;Good programming fundamentals, preferably with Python knowledge;Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and teamwork abilities;Previous experience in DRAM memory-related fields is a plus.What We OfferA competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience;A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off;The opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with a talented team of engineers and researchers;Professional growth and development opportunities, including training and certification programs;A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.EEO/AA StatementMicron Technology is an equal employment opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
