**Objective**With the rapidly changing industry conditions, Nemak must ensure focus is on the right topics.Chief of Staff role, as part of the Transformation Office Americas, will support the regional Executive Team in key business topics to ensure the correct flow and alignment of strategic information.
**Main Responsibilities**Chief of Staff role is an opportunity for accelerated business acumen development and exposure to critical business topics.Chief of Staff will be working with the Executive Committee to facilitate the execution of strategic priorities, through stakeholder management, relationship building, communication, project management and problem solving.Includes support on the day-to-day operations of the region, and special strategic projects; working closely to the VP Americas.
**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Innovation and Development Engineering, Organizational Psychology or related- Experience required: Project Management, Change Management (desired)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Synthesize and present information in a clear and effective manner- Creative and comfortable with "blank sheet of paper" assignments- Stakeholder management and negotiation- Discreet and trustworthy for handling sensitive information- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
