This role demands strategic thinking, leadership, and experience in optimizing internal processes using software and AI tools. The Chief of Staff will also manage cross-functional projects, coordinate with vendors and offshore talent, and ensure seamless operations, especially during US hours.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO to define and implement the company's strategic objectives. Track progress on key initiatives to ensure alignment with broader business goals.Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring resources are well-coordinated and deadlines are met. Oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Executive Communication: Prepare executive presentations, reports, and communications for both internal and external stakeholders. Act as a key liaison between the CEO and other executives, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements using software and AI tools to boost efficiency across the organization. Maintain systems to track key business metrics and performance indicators.Vendor and Offshore Talent Management: Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and offshore talent to support business operations. Ensure outsourced tasks meet high standards and deadlines.Leadership Support: Facilitate executive team meetings, setting agendas, capturing action items, and following up on deliverables. Provide strategic advice and support to the CEO on business operations, corporate governance, and organizational development.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners. Represent the CEO in meetings and events as needed.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Support the recruitment and development of key talent across the organization.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic or leadership role, ideally in a high-growth or corporate environment.Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving business initiatives
