We leverage cutting-edge technology and a talented team to streamline processes, reduce costs, and provide an exceptional client experience.**About the Role**:**Responsibilities**:- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.- Conduct research and analysis on various topics, including legal issues and industry trends.- Manage projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.- Assist with the preparation of board meetings and other executive-level presentations.- Provide general administrative support, including expense reports, invoice processing, and file management.- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.**Qualifications**:- Degree from an accredited law school.- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff, preferably in a legal or technology environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and 1 as part of a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2 Suite and other relevant software.- Experience with project management tools is a plus.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a flexible schedule.- Be part of a dynamic and growing company that is changing the legal industry.- Work with a talented and passionate team.
