This role is the "second in command" to the CEO and oversees all people operations, product development, customer service, technology implementation, operations, marketing, and sales.MonetizeMore is a bootstrap company that pioneered remote work since 2010. Versatility needs to be in your DNA in order to thrive in an environment with team members in almost every time zone, adapting strategies and new challenges every day.**Areas where your competencies shine****All the responsibilities we'll trust you with**:- Collaborate with CEO to drive organizational vision by translating overall company strategy into actionable steps for growth.- Responsible for strategic execution planning for 12 months out.- Build and implement business strategy with the CEO, yearly; support planning based on short-term and long-term objectives.- Oversee and drive all company operations and resolve and prevent operational and cultural issues.- Nurture a culture that is highly inclusive and provides growth and opportunities for MonetizeMore members around the world.- Analyze operations and identify areas for process enhancement when necessary.- Unblock team members when issues arise.- People operations - evolve a world class HR department that promotes company culture as well as has the finger on the pulse, hiring best practices, vision and values to attract the best talent.- Provide weekly reporting to the CEO based on all company operations, targets, % of goal completion, revenue, sales and any other key metrics.- Instill COO visibility throughout the organization to create transparency and engagement among staff.- Investigate internal opportunities or threats that the CEO and COO identify.- Coach Managers, Directors and VPs to become better leaders and instill high standards.- Make sure core values are consistently practiced in each department.- Conduct rock planning with each dept leader the COO oversees, ensure SMART goals, consistent tracking and drive to achieve desired outcomes.**Your core expertise & skills****that matter most for this role**:- ** 3+ years experience in a senior leadership position**. Prior experience with SAAS businesses is a plus
