Chief Operation Officer

.Objectives of this role- Maintain stringent Standard Operating Procedures with effective change communication and ongoing maintenance.- Provide management to the Operations teams, including leadership, planning, organizing, staffing, budgeting, and training and development of the department and staff. This management includes long term strategic planning and daily direction as needed for planned and unplanned events.- Ensure continuous improvement by identifying and implementing quality, efficiency, and workflow changes within Operations- Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met**Responsibilities**:- The COO is a key member of executive team in Mexico, involved in the decision-making process of the organization.- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO- Oversee operations, administration area, call center, and partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets- Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability- Stay at the forefront of Institutional KPIs to ensure measurable success across all strategic fronts.
