Our vision is to empower the world to find love by building the best dating product experience for the South Asian market globally. We're an innovative brand within the South Asian community and thought leaders among influencers & tastemakers.This is a fully remote opportunity, so you could be based anywhere, but the position requires US working hours or close to (+- 2 hours).Your main tasks will be:Develop and drive the product strategy and vision.Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research and business objectives.Lead the product development process from concept to launch.Manage and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and engineers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive product improvements.Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements, updates, and optimizations.Iterate on product features and functionalities based on user feedback, market changes, and emerging trends to maintain competitive advantage.We expect from you:Track record of building successful products with DAU > 100K.Proficient in working with BI & analytical tools such as Amplitude, Leanplum (CleverTap), etc.Previous experience in UI/UX.Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on potential impact
