We are currently searching for an experienced **Chief User Experience Designer** to become part of our Nexus team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work alongside UX Research, Design, PM, and Engineering teams to develop products that improve user experience
- Take charge of and implement prioritized design tasks to achieve clear objectives
- Craft user journey flows, develop mockups, and construct prototypes for testing and product launches
- Clearly articulate design solutions through comprehensive documentation, presentations, and prototypes
- Simplify complex ideas into coherent design solutions when presenting concepts and updates to stakeholders
- Encourage teamwork and achieve consensus among team members and stakeholders
- Regularly seek and integrate user feedback to refine design methods
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
- Promote user-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle
- Guide junior designers and enhance the team's collective knowledge and growth
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 7 years in UX Design, Design Strategy, and Systems Thinking
- At least 2 years in a relevant leadership role
- Knowledge of Software Development Process and Developer Tools
- Skilled in design tools like Figma and Google Workspace
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Thorough knowledge of the design process from inception to finalization
- Understanding of design's impact on product value, user needs, business goals, and brand equity
- Proficient in managing large data sets and making data user-friendly
- Effective communication skills, adept at using narratives and user journeys
- Fluent in English at a B2+ level
