The Mexico Chocolate Academy Chef-Technical Advisor is responsible for supporting and providing specific training to the customers and the commercial request according to the courses and programs at the Chocolate Academy center. Support North LATAM Gourmet vision by focusing on the five Academy pillars: Customer Journey, Multibrand focus, Market segment penetration, Sales training & Digital. - Manage the campaigns to promote courses and planning the courses calendar with the Head of Chocolate Academy.
-Integrating our products into new markets in LATAM (Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic)
-Support the Chocolate Academy center and the regional Chef service based on NEXT LEVEL Strategy & MX 2.0 Strategy in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing in order to drive the business impact of the academy
-Service provider with CA 2.0 strategy and customer journey 2.0
-Understand the commercial training objectives and responsible for the planning of trainings internal and external.
-To interact with BC internal stakeholders such as MKT, R&D, FM, SALES, HR
OBJECTIVES
-Take ownership in creating, innovating, implementing and communicating (distributor and key customer training).
-Manage specific trainings within budget targets and quality targets.
-Responsible for the planning of specific Chocolate Academy and external trainings.
-Ensure the proper functioning of the Office and Chocolate Academy
-Update Chocolate Academy website
-Foresee the communications with internal and external partners
-Ensure a high level customers service to increase the volume and engaged our customers.
-Involvement in Weekly/ Monthly Sales Meeting of the Local Team to create strategies together
-Train other chefs to develop their competencies (technical, educational…)
-Create strategies with the Head of Chocolate Academy for making courses, launches with our Ambassadors
-Manage and follow up internal and external intervention of Chocolate Academy
-Share best practices and exchange with others Chocolate Academy
-Ensure that the Chocolate Academy and its tools & equipment are maintained in the best shape and condition
-Provide training and demonstrations to highest possible level of competence and within objectives established by HR and commercial requests.
-Responsible for the planning of specific Chocolate Academy and external trainings.
•Proper management of personal expenses and costs associated with trainings and demonstration.
•Make recommendations where appropriate to central marketing on new product needs, performance of existing range, tools, etc.
•Monitor and control relevant budgets and proper calculation and re-charging of spends made on behalf of Chocolate Academy centres in other regions.
MEASUREMENT CRITERIA -Reporting of results of activity versus objectives set.
-Participation in delivery of total Gourmet volume and profit targets with specific reference to host country and host brand.
-Perception of GSM's/Trade Marketing that necessary support has been provided.
-Realisation of agreed Central and Trade Marketing projects.
- Customer evaluation documents.
AMBASSADOR / EXTERNAL CHEFS
-Follow up the local strategy for Ambassadors Club
-Develop relationship whit Ambassador network and external Chefs
-Advise Head of Chocolate Academy in terms of strategy for the Ambassadors.
PARTNERS NETWORK
-Follow up partners network
-Maintain and develop sponsorships with relevant organizations.
-Maintain and develop a network of potential partners (other chefs, sponsors, associations…)
SALES
- Share segment knowledge with Chefs and adapt our recipes to local products, especially on priority segments and top 10 applications.
-Support sales functions with effective trainings and demonstrations with clear objectives and increase sales volumes, profitability and multibrand in the different gourmet segments (HoReCa, BaPa, etc)
-Use Sales Force tool to show how Chocolate Academy can make opportunities for the business increasing our products sales.
-Develop materials for usage in marketing campaigns to support commercial targets linked to the NEXT LEVEL Strategy.
-Develop the business in LATAM, by giving showrooms, masterclasses and demonstrations with our products in alliance with our strongest customers in the market
-Identify with Sales and MKT Team the Core and Extended Basket
-Planning the yearly calendar whit the Head of Chocolate Academy agreed whit the activity of the academy (customer support, demos, courses, livestreams, marketing campaign, sponsors etc…) in line with the NEXT LEVEL Strategy
-Organize the calendar and budget to attend customer's demands, prioritization (technical formation online, co-creation days, webinars, SoMe Lives, YouTube Videos, Chocolate Academy Online Courses…)
-Talk with KEY CUSTOMERS and support them with (showrooms, improve products, develop products…)to help them to help them understand our products so that they can sell them faster.
-Develop traditional products for the specific market and giving the best option for our customers to engage them.
R&D
-Support development of new products (recommendations from market knowledge, tasting, test in applications...)
-Support customers on develop new products, recommend the use of our products, and technical support
MKT
-Aligned strategies between Chocolate Academy and Brands based on 1-5-10 Gourmet Strategy
-Contribute to projects with marketing/sales department to support marketing campaigns, develop recipes, photoshoot, new products launches, and Multibrand booklets…
JOB REQUIREMENT • Degree in culinary arts or more than 10 years of experience.
• Software skills (SFDC, SF, CONCUR, etc) and computing knowledge
