Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Seasonal dates of position: November 1st through January 10thConsistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging serviceDisplay precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusionsEnsure Five Diamond representation of resortAssist guests with directional in an informative and helpful wayFollow outlet policies, procedures, and service standardsCheck equipment and engines before a journey startsFollow signaling instructions during the train pathProvide passenger announcementsEnsure proper regulations are maintained while controlling linesDelegate all lines accordinglyAssist guests with directional in an informative and helpful wayOther duties as assignedQualifications Available evenings, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's licenseExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional Information Your team and working environment:
