Chronicle Siem Support (Team Manager)

DescriptionWe are looking for an Infrastructure engineer with Security Experience using SIEM to work on Cloud projects.**Main roles**:Manage day to day operations and make sure services delivered within defined SLAs.Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by SLOs, keep high customer satisfactionDrive all key metrics, manage contractual compliance for the key metrics, deep drive on the metrics in case it is not meetingEnsuring regular service reviews take place, reporting and escalations are dealt with in a timely and appropriate mannerPrepare various reports - WBR, MBR, QBR etc.Allocation of tickets, monitoring of cases on real timeBacklog managementConduct 1:1s, provide daily feedback/coaching, manage employee performance dataCollaborate with customer Managers and present various reports - WBR, MBR, QBR etc..Ready to work in 24X7 shifts**Requirements**:+8 Years of experience in IT**+5 YoE in Infrastructure, working with SIEM tools**: Chronicle, Siemplify, Splunk, ArcSight, Qradar etc.+1 YoE using Chronicle (Must)+5 YoE using Linux+3 YoE working with Cloud Technologies.Leading teams Experience3 years
