**Main Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing the execution of the continuous improvement process and ensuring the Daily Management and lean strategy through self-directed Natural Work Groups and BIT´s.
- Identify, prioritize, lead and execute strategies, tools, systems and training aimed to achieve the main objectives of the business unit.
- Develop and follow up of the strategic planning and CHOC process at the business unit.
- Collaborate with other areas (Quality, FADA, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, Material Flow, etc.) to identify and implement opportunities to eliminate wastes and improve processes.
- Build effective working relationships within the internal organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from colleagues.

**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
