The CI Engineer Support the administration of the Continuous Improvement, in the company, provide support, feedback and coaching to unionized personnel and employees.
**Key Responsibilities (To Name A Few)**:
- Carrying out improvement and savings projects using the Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodology
- Contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes that contribute to achieving satisfaction of the expectations of our clients, investors and associates.
- Complying with the requirements of the safety, quality and environmental management systems.
- Promote a culture of waste elimination through training in Lean Manufacturing tools and the development of Kaizen projects
- Identify areas of opportunity in the different areas or processes, analyze and make recommendations for solutions.
- Process flow design, process mapping, process analysis and re-engineering.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of new solutions.
- Process analysis and distribution, times and movements, layout design, operation flows, cycle times, etc.
