Job Scope & PurposeAs a Continuous Improvement Jr Manager, you will enhance the timely and accurate processing of orders to help Johnson Controls achieve its revenue targets. You will establish a structure to support ongoing activities, manage and motivate team members, and drive their development. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering the department's continuous improvement savings.Provide customer service by managing incoming inquiries and handling orders. Oversee the process from receiving customer purchase orders to the receipt of payment.How you will do it?
