**:Development of Plan for Every Part analysis to develop and execute a material management strategy in the assembly lines and workstations of the plant.
Innovate the materials replenishment processes setting the basis for an integration with the industry 5.0.
Give support in the processes of modification of the current layout of the plant.
**Your responsibilities**:- Analyze and identify Yamazumi charts to define materials presentation on each work station.- Develop in collaboration with CI Engineer files PFEP (Database to analyze each part number used on a assembly line), use SAP to extract information to develop a Plan for Every Part.- Develop procedures, formats and documents needed for daily operations and the ones related to Milkrun and materials management on work stations.- Design structures (supermarket racks, point of use, mirror karts and racks) for each work station according PFEP Analysis.- Manage with supplier or Moonshine Leader the construction and delivery of structures.
**Your background**:- Currently enrolled (1 year before of graduation)- Previous Experience as Intern desired or developing an academic project in the industry.- Advanced English, Excel intermediate knowledge, SAP desired- Skills:- Proactive & results oriented profile, Strong oral and written communication, Working well in a team, Good time management.
