We are equally focused on nurturing talent, respecting the diverse experiences that our team of professionals brings and embracing an inclusive environment.**Key Responsibilities**- Leveraging the CCOR Framework across all voice and electronically traded channels covering Commodities and Currencies & Emerging Markets (CCEM), Equities and additional Markets businesses (ex. Markets Sales, Operations).- Legal Entity coverage, representing Operational Risk Management as the main point of contact for local teams and externally to the regulator.- 2nd Line Review and Challenge of 1st Line Assessments.- Identify: Reviewing the risks identified by the first line of defense and escalating any new or emerging risks or issues.- Measure: Independently assesses operational risks and control environments through quantitative and qualitative means.- Monitor and Test: Independently monitor the risks and test the effectiveness of controls- Manage: Identifying issues for the first line of defense to remediate through action plans and reviewing KRI and KPI thresholds, as required.- Report: Reporting on results including changes in risk assessments and results of monitoring and testing.- Liaising with key stakeholders including first, second and third line of defense.- Driving the broader Operational Risk agenda through research, presentations, assessments and reviews
