Ownership of specific product management portfolio or new initiatives (e.G., develop SPEI/SPaturr JPM Clients) in Mexico. Designs product characteristics, manage investmerecasts and risk assessments. Thinks broadly and innovatively when designing a product or a process considering significant product differentiator the local market and value add to clients. Anticipates impact of internal and rnctors and implement specific plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. Identifies investment arer TS products and secures necessary buy-in and budget to pursue them. Including and not limited to:
Manage the development of product enhancements; Mainly SPEI and SPID Lead RTP (Real time payments) initiatir Mexico and its deployment. By reviewing all
related product design documents to ensure the required produatures anctionalities are built according to the business requirements and according to JP Morgan's methodology; Launch of products & controls. Participate in the annual planning procer CCM & Liquidity. Co-ordinate the preparation, syndication and loading of budget, in concert with local and global stakeholders; Control the launch of products by ensuring product meet the market requirements and delivered on time and within budget; by scheduling and coordinating the entire product development cycle managing JP Morgan´s methodology; Assist in day-to-day product operation; Manage significant day-to-day product issues.
Will be involved in problem solving if a service is not working the way it was positioned; Manage all implementation steps of a strategic initiatives translating business requirements innctional specs, having on-going project meetings with technology on all new initiatives and providing documentatir Investment Proposal process, legal and credit; Support new product (New Business Initiative Approval / NBIA) sign-off.-Qualifications-- Ideally - years in Cash Management product or related Importante empresa, and demonstrabmiliarity with key Core Cash Management business or related products Solid knowledge and expertise of SPEI/SPID is a must have Strong analytical/ problem solving skills Strong written and oral communications Shows leadership potential in either clients or senior management situatiouent in English Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsBehavioral Competencies:
