Our global product and technology platform, integrated client service model and network of operational centers enable WP to deliver a consistent set of services to clients no matter where they are across the world.Firm's commitment to Latin America region it aims to accelerate our product development process and narrow the gap with our competition.**Product Controller Functional Description**- Partnership with Product managers, P&A and Business Managers to develop a strong understanding of the products and how their activities translate into financial results to enable the implementation and maintenance of a strong control environment.- Active participate in projects and initiatives impacting the business to ensure that product changes and expansion are properly implemented from a controllership and MIS perspective.- Involvement in the month end / quarter end close process for Wholesale Payments products- Detailed review of the monthly balance sheet and P&L, work in the monthly variance analysis template, preparation of monthly PnL reports.- In depth reviews of the balance sheet to ensure appropriate accounting treatment complying to US GAAP Corporate Accounting Policy, account classification and controls. Liaise with LEC team regarding LOCAL GAAP rules.- Develop strong relationships with the finance team both within the region and globally to ensure effective inter location partnerships and the sharing of best practices.**Qualification- Professional qualification on Accounting or Business Administration.- 8+ years of financial experience- Microsoft skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint- Digital tool knowledge is a plus (Tableu, Alterix)- Ability to deal with multiple tasks, organized, diligent on prioritize and meet key deliverables.- Able to take ownership and act as leader.
