Morgan through thought leadership, events, and speaking engagements.- **Centralize competitive and client intelligence across J.P. Morgan Payments**:Serve as an internal centralized source of information on client and competitive intelligence. Synthesize findings and inform the business on how to interpret and action the findings for clients.- **Lead key strategic initiatives at the J.P. Morgan Payments level**:Oversee, provide governance for and / or deliver against strategic initiatives that span across lines of businesses within J.P. Morgan Payments, such as consultant engagement, co-innovation sessions, and key projects.**Role of the Head of Latin America position includes**:- **Market Analysis & Business Recommendations.** Serve as regional center-of-excellence, providing trends, business recommendations and market analysis for the Latin America team. Support regional leadership in delivering against key business objectives while aligning to global.- **Sales Positioning & Awareness. **Be a trusted advisor for sales and clients, producing thought leadership, steering key event content (including the client advisory council), sharing regional competitive intelligence and providing payments industry insights and awareness to sales.- **Global Alignment. **Regionalize global initiatives with appropriate Latin America positioning and materials. Share with global team strategic asks and projects requested by the Latin America Sales Head, Regional Head, and Strategy Lead, to ensure global coordination and positioning.
