As an Operational Risk Manager, you will be based in Mexico City and join a team of risk professionals who ensure that our Operational Risk Management Framework is implemented effectively within Corporate and Investment Bank. You will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting on operational risks and controls.Job Responsibilities:- Implement the CCOR Framework across all payments businesses- Review and challenge first-line assessments- Assess operational risks and control environments- Monitor and test the effectiveness of controls- Identify issues for remediation and review KRI and KPI thresholds- Report on results, including changes in risk assessments- Stay up-to-date on industry news and regulatory developmentsRequired Qualifications:- 5-10 years of relevant industry experience, with a focus on financial services- Experience in risk management, operations, production management, or front-office related payments activities- Strong analytical and project management skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:- Understanding of the products and services offered by payments businesses in Latin America- Experience with local regulators and audit firms- Strong credit risk knowledgeJ.P.
